2. How do I join or book a class?
You can book a class directly through our website by selecting a suitable package, completing the payment, and confirming your preferred schedule.

3. Do I need to create an account?
Not at the moment. However, you will need to create an account later once our lesson library and member features are fully available.

4. What are the available packages?
We offer various learning packages (for example, 4 or 8 lessons, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your schedule and goals.

5. How do online lessons work?
Lessons are conducted through a virtual classroom. After booking, you’ll receive an email with the link and instructions to join your class.

6. Can I reschedule a class?
Yes. You can reschedule a class if you contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled lesson.

7. What happens if I miss a class?
If you miss a class without prior notice, it will be marked as completed. However, we encourage you to contact us to see if a make-up session is possible.

8. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure online payments through PayPal at the moment. Credit/debit cards will be added in the near future. All payments are processed safely.
